Account deletion instructions, including if you cannot sign in.
Request deletion
You can request deletion of your QuizRank account without installing the app or signing in to this website. Send an email to ersin@avniforge.com with the subject QuizRank account deletion request. Where possible, email us from the address associated with your QuizRank account. If you use Apple's private email relay, or have lost access to the account, explain that in your message so we can help verify ownership.
Never send your password, authentication token, or payment-card details. We must verify account ownership before a deletion is authorised. An email address or user ID alone does not prove ownership. In supported V2 releases, an authenticated deletion option is also available in the app's Settings.
What deletion covers
For verified requests, the V2 deletion workflow is designed to remove your account credentials and active account-linked QuizRank profile, quiz/gameplay records, rankings, Sparx and Power Boost balances, purchase mappings and files stored under your account. Shared challenges retain other participants and their results while removing or adjusting your identifying details, membership and contributions.
What may remain
A minimal deleted-account security marker and one-way transaction or identity hashes may be retained to prevent transaction replay and account-data recreation. Provider logs, app-store payment records, technical backups and other external records may be retained according to their respective processes. Deletion can remain pending while automated or provider-side steps retry. We do not promise instant removal of every external copy.
Deleting your QuizRank account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an app store or another provider. If you need assistance with a payment or subscription, contact support or the relevant platform separately.
